Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc is the go-to grape variety in dry whites. It typically gives wines the necessary acidity, along with mineral character and aromatic freshness. Its secret is the three notes forming its aromatic signature: citrus, boxwood, and fig leaves. Sauvignon Blanc is its best-known name, but it is also called “small” and “big” Sauvignon in other countries.
