Classic wine pairing

With this hard sheep cheese, a juicy red from the Cotes de Bordeaux makes a classic (and ideal) pairing – something from Blaye or Bourg packed with black & red fruit flavors laced with tangy spicy notes offers a perfect foil for this sheet cheese dish.

Original wine pairing

For something totally different – shake it up by pairing this sheep cheese snack with a Crémant de Bordeaux Rosé wine – the lively bubbles and delicate red fruit notes providing a delicious contrast to the tang of the cheese.

Ingredients

- 1 Severac cheese (raw cow milk cheese from Cantal)
- 2 pears (not too ripe)
- blueberries

Instructions

Using a cookie cutter, cut generous rounds of pair. Place cheese slices on top of the pair

Place the blueberries on top of the pears. Finish the decoration by pricking the pears with the blueberry skewers
