Sémillon
It is the main grape variety in mellow and sweet whites. It is characteristically round and full-bodied, contributing apricot and honey aromas. Its secret is noble rot, which gives the wine an intense flavor. It goes by Sémillon, but is also called Seminion in Bulgaria, as well as Chevrier, Mansois, and Sauternes.
