2007- A talented vintage

This year had record sunshine in September and October, as well as very cool temperatures at night alternating with warm days: a winning balance for aromas!

RED WINES

Intense color, full-bodied, with promising structure and silky, balanced tannins. The wines are rich and complex, with heightened berry notes, both red and black.

DRY WHITE WINES

Tastings confirm pronounced freshness and acidity. These rich, lively wines have notes of white peach and grapefruit. Bursting with fruit aromas, they are flavorful and entrancing to the palate.

SWEET WHITE WINES

In October, foggy mornings gave way to warm, sunny days: ideal conditions for botrytis to develop. With flavors of orange peel and citrus come sap notes and roundness. What makes this vintage so unique is its purity and aromatic complexity.
